Directions for Use:
Shake: Add 1 scoop to 350–450mL of cold water and shake well.
Slushie: Add 1 scoop to a blender with 200mL of water and plenty of ice. Blend until a slushie consistency is achieved.
Smoothie: Add 1 scoop to a blender with water and your favourite fresh or frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
