DIRECTIONS
Melrose Vitamin C + Bioflavonoids contains a blend of vitamin C, plus bioflavonoids hesperidin and rutin, that are antioxidants. Vitamin C helps decrease common cold duration and severity of symptoms. Vitamin C provides antioxidant support and maintains immune system health and function. Hesperidin and Rutin, an antioxidant that improves the bioavailability of Vitamin C and scavenges free radicals formed in the body.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Vitamin supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains sulfites.

Add into water, smoothies or your favourite drink or food. Does not contain any flavours, colours or sweeteners.
Adults take 2g per day in water or juice or as recommended by your health professional.
